Operation Colorblind, Inc. is a legally incorporated non-profit organization. Johnny travels all over the world speaking his message of reconciliation. He receives no salary when speaking at churches and to religious based crowds. There are no gimmicks and no begging for money. Either one believes in what we are doing or they don't. By giving, you show that you support and believe in what Johnny is doing all over the world. Johnny Lee speaks to these groups on a free-will love offering basis. He first entered the field back in 1991. At the time, he was employed for Dean Bailey Oldsmobile-Mazda, Tulsa, Oklahoma's largest Olds dealer, and earned top salesman for two years running. Johnny spoke on weekends and sold cars through the week. Eventually his speaking schedule became such that he could not continue at Dean Bailey. Until that time, Johnny was funding the ministry with the profits he received from the automobile business. He went into the full-time speaking in 1993 and has since been supported by people who believe in giving into this organization. Johnny does not have big corporations funding him and whatever he receives comes from those who feel compelled to support his work.
