Madman Marilyn Manson is as guilty for the Columbine High
School Massacre as the two maniacs who pulled the triggers. His
music incited the killers to violence. We must work to BAN

I, Johnny Lee Clary want you to
know that it is not my intention to try to tell you that Gothic
music is wrong and that you should not listen to it. Manson is
NOT a Goth. He is a FREAK, and a SHOCK ROCKER, and true Goths
can't stand him. My concern is the
hate that Marilyn Manson promotes against the Christian church.
Many have accused me of promoting hate against Manson, however
Manson is the one promoting hate. He burns Holy Bibles in
public, spits on pictures of Jesus and curses Christianity. The
fact that Manson has the photo in his CD, "Antichrist
Superstar" of two of his band members drinking his urine
through a straw while he is urinating should be enough to
repulse people. If anyone endorses that or thinks that's
"cool" then they are mentally disturbed. I am NOT
interested in any of your opinions that say
"Manson only does this for show," "Your facts are wrong and only
rumors," "You have hate towards Manson," "Manson said this or
that in Michael Moore's 'Bowling For Columbine' and he wanted to
listen to the kids," "I don't like your references," "Manson
does not believe in Satan and Satanism does not mean devil
worship," "Manson was married so he can't be a bisexual," "Where
is your proof of this or that," or anything else you have to say
in defense of Manson. This page has been up for years and I have
heard it all. I have instructed staff to delete and not respond

Marilyn Manson Is NOT a GOTHIC
I agree with you on Manson. As a Goth myself I am disgusted
with Manson and all the crap he has caused. He gives us a bad
name. Goth isn't about violence and Satanism its about art,
beauty, and it is a state of mind not just a fashion. The common
misconception that people have about Goth is that Manson is
gothic, he is not however. He is a sick minded fool who has no
idea what Goth is. His music is what is called shock rock which
from what I can see is industrial rock mixed with heavy metal
influences and a few other types of music but the point is, Manson
gave us a bad name. People don't even look me in the eyes unless
its someone I know.......and all because of what? My
appearance......Manson has literally brainwashed society into
thinking that Goth and Satanism go hand in hand. I am a Christian
Goth! So he has a double edged sword on me. He insults Christ and
Goth so his indeed one of my worst enemies. But we can only pray
that God will break through to him and show him the error of his
ways. Maybe Jesus will use someone to get through to him. But I am
glad that you have exposed Manson and have shown who he really is.
But I recommend that you also put on your site that he is not a
Goth. That he gives Goths a bad name. I can see that you have said
that his music is gothic music but gothic music doesn't talk about
violence. He is basically just another metal band

First of all, I want to state
that I do not hate Brian Warner,
but I hate the sin that he is doing and my purpose for this page
is to inspire Christians to take a stand against this evil man
and to do whatever it takes to stop this murderer of children,

including Warner, however, God does HATE sin, and He hates all

Christian will stand against what Marilyn Manson advocates. Even
Manson can be saved IF he will repent and turn from his wicked ways, but
until he does, we have an OBLIGATION to the children as
well as to society to stop this evil wicked demonic activity
Manson is doing. It is quite possible that Manson has crossed
the line and committed blasphemy, but only God knows that for
sure. What we do know is we have a duty to protect our children
from the likes of Marilyn Manson, aka, Brian Warner, hater of
Jesus Christ.
Marilyn Manson acts like a freak that is straight out
of the pits of hell. He is a so-called rock singer, but that is
a farce, as the guy can not even carry a tune. He is actually a
recruiter for the Church of Satan, in which he holds the title
of "reverend". He was given this title by Anton LaVey,
founder of the First Church of Satan and author of "The
Satanic Bible". Manson began worshipping LaVey from the
time he was a teenager.

Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, was a God-hater from
the time he was a child. There is a false story being circulated
around the internet through e-mails, about the early teenage
life of Brian Warner. It tries to explain the reason Manson
hates Christians so much by telling a lie of how Brian was
rejected by a youth group at a church Christian school he attended while he was a
teenager. It says that since he looked and dressed differently
than the other teenagers that attended the school and church, they wanted
nothing to do with him, so he turned to Satanism. WRONG! This
story is deceiving as it leaves out a lot of important details.
The fact of the matter was that Brian Warner used to show up at
church dressed in black garb and wearing Satanic t-shirts.
He used to try to intimidate the other teenagers by telling them
things like "Satan Rules" etc., etc. He would give
them the Satanic sign and tell them that the Devil was God. He
also admitted to being a homosexual as well as a child-molester,
and propositioned several teenagers at the church to try to
entice them into having sex with him. When teenagers attend a
church, they are wanting to develop their relationship with
Jesus. They are obeying God by coming out of the World, as
described in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "What fellowship has the
believer with the non-believer, what fellowship has sin with
righteousness, what fellowship has Jesus with the Devil, what
fellowship has light with darkness? Come out from among them and
remain separate says the Lord." Those kids were in their
full rights to reject fellowship with someone who was obviously
only there to cause trouble, and wanted to intimidate
Christians. I mean, first you should reach out to someone like
that, but when they openly reject you and come into the House of
God to start trouble, that shows disrespect to not only God, but
to the teenagers that are there trying to get their lives right
. They have to listen to all that satanic junk in the world, so
God forbid that they have to come into the church and hear it
there.
Brian Warner later changed his name to "Marilyn
Manson" (female impersonating Marilyn Monroe and glorifying Charles Manson, who brutally killed 7
people and claimed to have butchered countless others during the
infamous Helter Skelter Murders) and formed a band with other
transvestite homosexuals, taking the names of serial killers
like "Madonna Wayne Gacy", Stephen Bier, Jr. (female
impersonating Madonna and glorifying John Wayne Gacy, a
homosexual serial
killer who raped and murdered over 35 boys, and buried their
bodies in a crawl space in his basement); Brian Tutunick
"Olivia
Newton Bundy," ( female impersonating Olivia Newton-John
and glorifying Ted Bundy, the serial killer who claimed to have
killed over a hundred young girls across the highways of
America);
Jeordie White "Twiggy Rameriez", (female impersonating
model Twiggy and glorifying the dreaded Satanic Night
Stalker Richard Rameriez who murdered and raped women throughout
several months of terror in Los Angeles and San Francisco,
California); Kenny Wilson "Ginger Fish" ( female
impersonating actress and dancer Ginger Rogers and glorifying Albert Fish,
child murderer and cannibal who ate kids after murdering them); Scott Mitchell Putesky
"Daisy Berkowitz" (female impersonating Daisy May of
the musical "Lil Abner" and glorifying Son Of Sam serial killer
shooter David Berkowitz); Perry Pandrea "Zsa Zsa
Speck" (female impersonating Zsa Zsa Gabor and
glorifying Richard Speck who murdered 8 nurses hacking them to
death with a butcher knife,) Fred Streithorst "Sara Lee
Lucas" (named after Henry Lee Lucas who confessed to murdering over 250
people,) and began playing the
Homosexual hangouts. Manson began to record CD's , and recorded
one called "Antichrist Superstar", in which he says
some of the most blasphemous things that can ever be said

giving "alter calls" for Satan, by encouraging kids to
reject Jesus Christ, and accept Satan into their hearts and

them to chant in unison, F#ck the Holy Spirit and F#ck Jesus
Christ. It is quite possible that Manson has committed blasphemy
of the Holy Spirit, which is the only sin that is UNFORGIVABLE. Marilyn Manson could have crossed the line with
that one. Only God Himself knows if he is beyond
redemption, by making those chants. God will judge him on this
but we have a right to make a right judgment to take a stand
against him and expose his fruitless deeds of darkness.

Manson sells WWJD bracelets
at his concerts saying that it does not stand for "What
Would Jesus Do", but instead they stand for "WE WANT
JESUS DEAD". He has allegedly raped a young girl on the
stage, and has sodomized one of his band members in front of
thousands of children. Manson claims the girl had sex with him
willingly, but she was underage, so that makes it rape, and
Manson a child molester, plain and simple. He took a little puppy dog that was only
6 weeks old, and tossed it into the audience, encouraging kids
to rip it to pieces and then smear the blood all over one
another, which they gladly did. He said he dreams of the day
that he can take a little baby and do the same thing to the
baby. He has asked audiences at his concerts if they have ever
eaten babies. He sells t-shirts encouraging children to KILL GOD, KILL
THEIR PARENTS, and then KILL THEMSELVES. Many a teenager has
committed suicide after going home from his demonic concerts.
Singer Courtney Love, pulled out of her on the road tour with
Manson, in March of 1999, stating that she would never tour with
him again as he was telling children to commit suicide. This web
site would never endorse Courtney Love or her music, but in this
case we say, "Good
On Ya, Courtney!"
Manson tells kids that Hell is a great
place and they need not fear Hell. He says it is one great big
party for eternity with all of the drugs and sex you can ever
want. He tells them to escape the pressures of this world by
committing suicide. I notice that Manson advocates suicide and
tells young people to do it, but he fails to lead by example! If
Hell is so great and suicide is the solution to life's problems
as Manson says, then why doesn't he set the example? I'll bet
you that there is someone out there who would even loan him
their gun if
he will just practice what he preaches! Why is it
OK for Manson to tell teenagers to kill themselves but he would
not set the example? Think about it young people!
This was an unconfirmed rumor, but Marilyn Manson supposedly had his bottom two ribs removed, so
that he can perform oral-sex on himself. He bragged about this
in interviews, although some say he made that up and he never
actually did this. Just the fact that he would state such a
filthy thing, shows his reprobate mind.
Twiggy Rameriez , one of
Manson's band members was arrested for molesting a little boy.
Manson and Twiggy have frequently kissed and fondled each other
at concerts. Marilyn Manson and
Trent Reznor of satanic band "Nine Inch Nails" had sexual intercourse.
According to Manson, the eye tattoos on Marilyn's forearms are
really bulls-eyes for his heroin needles. Marilyn Manson told many
that he had gotten breast-implants, but that he later had them
removed. He had posed for a photo showing himself with breast,
but he no longer has them now. See photo below.
This appears to be a body suit worn in a sick publicity stunt by
Manson.
Many have said that Marilyn Manson has
thrown bags of drugs into the crowd.
Manson destroys other people's property.
In the PoaAF days, Marilyn Manson demanded that kitty litter
be placed on the floor of his dressing room, so he could relieve
himself anywhere.
Manson recorded a song called, "My
Monkey" and it was originally written by Charles Manson,
who Marilyn Manson calls his "hero".
His favorite author's include Anton LaVey, Freidrick
Nietzsche, Aliester Crowley, Charles Darwin and Roald Dahl.
(Aliester Crowley was called the most evil man ever born,
and once crucified a frog by nailing it to a cross to make a
mockery of the Crucifixion of Christ.)
Marilyn Manson is a Reverend of the Church of Satan. It's
founder, Anton LaVey, made a cameo appearance in the Dope
Hat video.

As a child, Manson was tested by the American government
because his father Hugh, a Vietnam War vet, sprayed the
deforestation substance Agent Orange, which caused birth
defects in a substantial number of the children born to
parents who were exposed to the virulent chemical. When they
were called in for testing, Manson and his dad met other
vets, and their children, some of whom had prosthetic limbs,
which inspired him to collect them, in later years.
Like his namesake, Charles Manson, Marilyn Manson was
also born in Ohio.

A common speculation of the song Misery Machine's line,
"We're gonna ride to the Abby of Thelema," is that
it is a reference to the Scooby-Doo character Thelma.
Thelema was actually the name of the temple Aleister Crowley
established in Italy, before his expulsion from the country
by dictator Benito Mussolini.
As a child, Marilyn would play near the butcher's shop
which was across the street from his parent's home. He once
found an aborted baby in a coffee can behind the building.
Manson has taken the cross of Jesus and defecated on it
while on stage.
Manson has urinated on pictures of Jesus, during his
concerts.
Manson has encouraged the teenagers in the audience to
commit acts of sodomy, and lesbianism.
 
He has claimed he has smoked human bones.
It's in his biography pages 196-198. He and Twiggy
went to a grave yard and picked up some bones they found and
carried them in a plastic bag telling those who questioned
that they were the remains of their old drummer Freddy
(though they were unknown bones). One night they got bored
because they didn't have any beer so they cut off a part of
a rib and put it in a pipe and smoked it. They invited two
girls to try it who eventually got sick and had to leave.
Twiggy spent the night vomiting and Manson was caught up in
his own little dream world pretending that he was obsessed
by an old Baptist Minister.
He conducts sex with audience members
and band members and rapes girls on stage. When the band opened for NIN Manson
was kneeling down singing and a member of NIN walked up to
him with his penis hanging out. Seeing the offered item
Manson put the penis in his mouth. At early shows
before the band was famous Marilyn Manson would have girls
dancing naked in cages while men gathered around them and
spit on them. You're probably going, wait a
second...shouldn't he get in trouble for conducting this
kind of display. Manson has been arrested a few times and
has been banned from 13 states in the USA for behavior.
Manson's band members drink his urine and he pees on the
crowd at his concerts.
Inside of Manson's AntiChrist Superstar CD,
this sickening photo shows Manson urinating through tubes while
his band members drink his urine.
In his "Holy Wood" CD, he mocks the crucifixion
of Christ, by appearing on it's cover "nailed" to
a cross. He commits more blasphemy by calling this, "Jesus
Rotting On A Cross." The songs such as "Born Again" and
"Lamb of God" are full of hateful blasphemy.
Just like the K.K.K., Manson burns crosses.
On Thursday, November 11, Marilyn Manson performed live on
the MTV European Video Music Awards in Dublin, Ireland for
an estimated 1 billion viewers. In regard to his third VMA
appearance Manson had this to say, “It was rather ironic
that teenage girls with breast implants and rappers with
violent and misogynistic lyrics spent the whole night
thanking Jesus Christ of all people. It is clearly by
unchristian means that these alleged “friends of God”
have made their millions so I chose a more honest way to say
thanks.”
Manson, whose nearly nude torso was painted jet black, sang
“Rock is Dead” to a somewhat mortified audience. People
were actually seen turning their backs to the stage as
Manson’s TV crucifix burst into flames.
Parents, this is what YOUR
children are listening to when they have this freaks cd's in
their possession. I was recently at a Christian school and I
asked for a show of hands of students who listened to Manson's
music or had his cd's in their possession and about 75% of their
hands went up.
Well the Rev., says, " Take
those cd's, lay them out on the floor, take a hammer, and whack
those cd's until they are in little bitty tiny pieces, and then
mail those pieces straight to Manson telling him you want
nothing more to do with him or his music."
It is against God's Holy Word to
listen to Marilyn Manson, as God's Word says in Philippians
4:8, "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is
right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is
admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy,-think about
such things."
Parent's , if your teenager will not do this
on their own, then YOU take the proper leadership role in your
home and do it for them! You have every right to do this
according to God's Word in Joshua 24:15 "AS FOR ME AND
MY HOUSE WE WILL SERVE THE LORD!"
Parents, Manson has not only told the
teenagers to commit suicide, but he has encouraged them to take
knives and hack their parents to death while they are sleeping,
or to take a gun and murder their parents , or kill their
parents in anyway that they can.
In 1987, The Southern Poverty
Law Center successfully sued the United Klans of America and
received a judgment in the amount of 7 million dollars, on
behalf of the mother of Michael Donald, a black man that was
murdered by members of the U.K.A. The jury found that the Klan
was responsible for the actions of it's members. This brought an
end to that fraction of the Klan. The Southern Poverty Law
Center in 1989, again successfully sued on behalf of
another family of a murdered black man, another Klan type
organization, WAR, which stands for White Aryan Resistance. A
jury found it's leader Tom Metzger responsible for the action of
it's members, which were skinheads who beat a black man to death
with baseball bats. Metzger and WAR had a 12 million dollar judgment
levied against them, forcing Tom Metzger to lose
everything he had including his house. Metzger had to live in a
van down by the river for awhile. WHY NOT USE THE SAME TACTICS
AND SUE MANSON FOR THE DEATHS OF THE CHILDREN AT COLUMBINE HIGH
SCHOOL IN LITTLETON, COLORADO? The two who did the killings
before killing themselves, Eric Harris, and Dylan Klebold,
where both followers of Marilyn Manson, and ran down the halls
screaming "Marilyn Manson rules!" while they were
shooting their classmates. They were heavily influenced by
Manson, and listened to his music all the time. If the K.K.K.
and W.A.R can be held responsible for these deaths, then Manson
should be held responsible for the Columbine deaths, as well as
all the teenagers who have either overdosed on drugs, or have
committed suicide from listening to Manson.

Some people have
written us and advocated doing something illegal to stop him.
Some say it would be so easy for someone to go to his concert
and shoot him while he is on stage giving his alter calls for
Satan, then get "lost" in the crowd, and chances are
they would probably never get caught, but I am telling you that would
it not be
right to take Manson's life away from him, and also it would
only land the shooter time in jail if he got caught. No one
should take a chance on throwing their freedom away by doing
something like that. Manson is not worth you going to prison
over.
The way to deal with Manson is
this: THE POWER TO STOP
MANSON IS IN THE HANDS OF CHRISTIANS. Imagine if the church
would unite! Baptists, Pentecostals, Methodists, ect, could all
work together to stop this madman from coming into their
communities to hold his satanic concerts! For instance, if all
the community churches or even some of them would get a few
thousand Christians together and converge upon the managers and
owners of the convention centers and concert halls that rent
them to Manson, and demand that they cancel his contract, this
would be effective. Pastors could speak on behalf of the
citizens that have assembled and let the managers know that they
will boycott their businesses and put them out of business
personally, by publicizing their names and the ones who rented
out the concert hall to Manson. They could let them know in no
uncertain terms that they will hold them personally responsible.
Then they could visit all sponsors, advertisers, and places of
business that do business with the convention center and urge
them to drop all advertising and support from any event put on
in that concert hall. This would make the managers think twice
about renting their halls to Manson. Also the same march and
demonstration could take place right to the local politicians
and they could be urged by the VOTING citizens of the community
to put pressure on the managers and owners of the concert halls
not to rent to Manson. This same tactic can also be done in your
local CD shops to get them to stop selling Manson's Cd's.
"Shall your brethren go to war, and
shall ye sit here?" (Num. 32:6)

depends on you!
Manson, an ordained "reverend" in the Church of
Satan, mutilates himself on stage (1 Kings 18:28), rips-up the
Holy Bible, and spews "blasphemies" against the Lord
Jesus Christ. Manson’s T-Shirts declare, "KILL YOUR
PARENTS" & "I LOVE SATAN". One of Manson's
album is titled Anti-Christ Superstar, Manson claims Antichrist
Superstar came via "supernatural-inspiration":
"I heard this album as finished, I heard it in
dreams . . . It was like the revelations of John the Baptist
or something." (huH, Oct. 1996, p.34)
Manson’s "hope" for Antichrist Superstar,:
"I think every time people listen to this new album
maybe God will be destroyed in their heads. . ." (huH,
Oct. 1996, p.37)
Manson’s "blasphemy" is not just an act. Manson
readily admits there's more to the show than meets the eye:
I don’t know if anyone has really understood what
we’re trying to do. This isn’t just about shock value . .
. that’s just there to lure the people in. Once we’ve
got ‘em we can give ‘em our MESSAGE. (Hit Parader,
Oct. 1996, p.28)
Manson admits his childhood longing for Satan:
My mom used to tell me when I was a kid, ‘If you curse
at nighttime, the devil’s going to come to you when you’re
sleeping.’ I used to get excited because I really wanted
it to happen . . . I wanted it. I wanted it more than anything
. . .(Rolling Stone, January, 23, 1997 p.52)

The Beatles were some of the most blatant, ANTI-CHRIST
performers the world ever heard!
The press officer for the Beatles, Derek Taylor, said, "They're

Marilyn Manson.
The ultimate slap-in-the-face came from Manson as he
held a concert just outside of where the Columbine High School Massacre
took place in honor of the two maniacal killers. Manson said he
was sick of hearing about the Christians like Cassie Bernall and
Rachael Scott who died at Columbine. He said the true heroes were
Klebold and Harris who killed all of the kids.
Shock rocker Marilyn Manson, infamous for his dark stage
presence and lyrics that glorify hate and violence, will use the
Word as a weapon at his June 21 concert in Denver.
Manson countered local protests against the show by saying he'll
"balance" it with Bible readings - "so we can
examine the virtues of wonderful 'Christian' stories of disease,
murder, adultery, suicide and child sacrifice. Now that seems
like entertainment to me," said Manson in a statement
posted on his Web site.
Citizens for Peace and Respect, led by a local youth pastor and
supported by 21 churches, teens and a few families of Columbine
victims, had asked that Manson cancel his appearance in Ozzfest
at Mile High Stadium. According to the Denver Post, two death
threats were e-mailed to the youth pastor this week, prompting a
police report.
Teens in the area plan to rally against Manson on June 20, have
constructed www.nonmanson.com and have walked in protest at the
state capitol to raise awareness among lawmakers.
Manson has also stated that his Denver concert will be in
honor of the two teenagers who were responsible for the deaths
at Columbine, stating that they were the true heroes of
Columbine.
"I think he promotes suicide, and with him promoting
suicide, he encourages people to kill as many people as they can
before committing suicide -- very similar to what happened at
Columbine," said Brian Rohrbough, whose son, Daniel, was
killed.

The
Case:
Marilyn Manson must really miss former fiancée Rose
McGowan.
It's either that, or
maybe the shock rocker just had a bad itch he needed to scratch,
after two--count 'em, two--accusations of improper groin rubbing
at his concerts.
Manson is once again
the target of a lawsuit by a concert security guard, who claims
the makeup-caked demon-lover grabbed his head during a show in
Minneapolis and "proceeded to gyrate his hips, pressing his
genitals" onto his head.
David M. Diaz, an
employee of the Twin Cities-based Asia Peso Security, seeks more
than $75,000 in damages for battery and emotional distress,
after an alleged run-in with Manson (real name: Brian Warner)
during an October 27, 2000, concert at the Historic Orpheum
Theater in Minneapolis.
Diaz says he noticed
the audience looking at him and then realized Manson was
standing behind him. "Without any warning," Diaz
claims, the 32-year-old singer grabbed the man's head and
"held it against his hips." The guard allegedly asked
him to stop, "but he continued gyrating against Diaz's
head.
"As a result of
Manson's actions, Diaz was humiliated and degraded," the
suit reads. "He has endured ridicule and shame due to this
incident."
In addition to
Manson, Diaz's suit also names his touring company, Jimmy's
Touring Inc., and Vivendi Universal, which owns Nothing Records
and Interscope, the rocker's label. Reps for the Antichrist
superstar did not return calls for comment.
"[Manson]
doesn't have the right to do that to other human beings, whether
he considers himself more important or not than the rest of
us," Diaz's attorney, James Kaster, told the Associated
Press.
Sidebar: This isn't the
first time Manson's groin has caused trouble. In August 2001, a
Michigan security guard accused Manson of the same thing.
Joshua Keasler said Manson (wearing a G-string, no less) spit
on him during a July 30 concert at the DTE Energy Theater.
Manson then allegedly wrapped his legs around the guard's head
and neck and rubbed his crotch against him.
Oakland County, Michigan, prosecutors went ahead and charged
Manson with criminal sexual misconduct--a fourth-degree felony
that carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison--as well
as a misdemeanor count of assault and battery. He pleaded
innocent to the charges and is due back in court December 28.
He's currently free on $25,000 personal bail.

(AgapePress) - A Michigan prosecutor vows to throw the book
at shock rocker Marilyn Manson, after the controversial
performer allegedly accosted a security guard last month.
Oakland County prosecutor David Gorcyca says he will not
accept any plea negotiations from Manson, whose real name is
Brian Warner. The prosecutor has charged Manson with sexually
assaulting a security guard at a July 30 concert outside
Detroit. Gorcyca says the unsuspecting victim was outraged.
“He was pretty outraged and offended by his actions,” he
notes. “Here he was, ironically, there to protect the
performer from people approaching and rushing the stage. And
unbeknownst to him, he was assaulted in an unconsensual [sic],
non-participatory fashion while guarding Marilyn Manson.”
Gorcyca says he hopes the shock rocker and his attorneys will
cooperate. Otherwise, he is prepared to do what he has to do.
“From what I understand, he’s on tour, and we’re going to
have to make arrangements to have him come in here and be
arraigned and avail himself to the court,” he says. “He can
either do that in a cooperative fashion, or if he doesn’t want
to cooperate, we’ll take care of business ourselves.”
Gorcyca, who has already successfully prosecuted rapper
Eminem, says Manson’s actions far exceed any artistic license.
And he believes a jury in his very conservative community will
come up with the same conclusion.

Marilyn Manson Sued in Woman's Death

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The mother of a woman who died in a car crash
last year has sued Marilyn Manson for wrongful death, alleging
that the musician gave the woman drugs before the accident.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Superior Court, claims that Manson
was negligent in ``instructing the woman to operate a motor
vehicle in her incapacitated condition.'' Maria St. John is
seeking unspecified damages and attorney fees.
Manson's representatives could not be reached for comment early
Wednesday.
The lawsuit alleges that St. John's daughter, 28-year-old
Jennifer Syme, was with the singer, whose real name is Brian
Warner, and other unnamed defendants last April. Manson
allegedly gave Syme drugs before she was dropped off at her
home. She got into her car, with the intent of returning to
Manson's home, according to the lawsuit.
Syme, an actress and former girlfriend of actor Keanu Reeves,
later crashed into at least three parked cars and was thrown
from her car. She died at the scene.

Judge Won't Leave Manson Case

CLARKSTON, Mich. (AP) - A district judge has refused to
disqualify himself in the case against shock rocker Marilyn
Manson.
Oakland County assistant prosecutor Kenneth Frazee asked Gerald
McNally to recuse himself because the judge had indicated he
likely would fine Manson $4,000 in the case. Frazee contended
the judge proposed the punishment without hearing all of the
facts.
Defense attorney Walter Piszczatowski said Frazee had produced
no evidence of personal bias on McNally's part.
McNally said Wednesday that his knowledge of some facts in the
case did not warrant his removal, The Oakland Press reported
Thursday.
Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, was charged with
fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault and battery
following allegations he assaulted a security guard at a July
concert. Manson is accused of gyrating against the neck and head
of the guard during the concert at Clarkston's DTE Energy
Theater.
In December, McNally reduced the charges to disorderly conduct,
punishable by up to 90 days in jail. Manson's next court date is
April 25.

Crotch Case Finally Resolved

A civil lawsuit in the case of Marilyn Manson’s
crotch vs a Detroit security guard’s head has finally
been settled out of court.
The grossly extended litigation stems from an
incident where Manson rubbed his grossly extended penis
on security guard Joshua Keasler’s head during a
concert in July of 2001.
Actually, Manson wrapped his legs around the
guard’s neck and gyrated his crotch against him while
wearing only a thong and pantyhose. Keasler sued Manson
for sexual assault and intentional infliction of
emotional distress.
In the criminal trial for the same incident, Manson
was charged with disorderly conduct and assault and
battery, but the judge dismissed the sexual conduct
charges. Manson paid $4,000 US in fines. Keasler’s
lawyer John Nickola said both sides agreed not to
release any terms of the civil lawsuit settlement.
This is not the first time Manson’s crotch has
landed him in trouble with security guards. In December
2001, David Diaz filed a $75,000 US lawsuit against
Manson when he allegedly grabbed Diaz’s headpressed
against his crotch and gyrated. Last September, a jury
found Manson innocent on charges of battery.
For those who aren’t familiar with Manson’s
unique stage antics, a sample list includes tearing
pages from the bible, cutting himself with broken
bottles, drinking a bucket full spit from fans and
simulating oral sex on band members.

is well known for his outspoken comments, and acts, against
Christ and the Christian Church. His recent album Holywood
has a picture of a rotting man on a cross, and Manson often
refers to himself as "Anti-Christ superstar". One
writer said:
"Christianity is at the top of Marilyn's laundry list.
And Antichrist Superstar, he says, is not only a direct
indictment of Christianity's "weak value system",
but a direct attempt to demolish the old structure, to

Both alleged shooters responsible for the horrible deaths
at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado were said to
be rabid fans for repulsive shock rocker, Marilyn Manson.
But this is not the first time that the name Marilyn Manson
has been associated with death among teenagers.
Last summer Manson’s name was mentioned often at Senate
Commerce Committee hearings held by Sam Brownback, R-Kan.
Testimony about Manson's stage behavior prompted Sen. Joseph
Lieberman, D-Conn. to say this band was "the sickest
group ever promoted by a mainstream record company."
Raymond Kuntz, a North Dakota man, blames Manson or his
teenage son's suicide, testifying that his son was listening
to a Manson song when he killed himself.
Kuntz told the Senators that Manson's music was
"fearful" and "frightening" and said
that "the lyrics of this song contributed directly to
my son's death." Kuntz called Manson's music a hand
grenade that "went off in (his son's) mind."
In Edinboro, Penn., an eighth-grade student, Andrew Wurst,
allegedly shot and killed a teacher at a school dance. One
of Wurst's friends told ABC News, "He had, like
'Marilyn Manson' and "666" written all over his
binder and everything, so — and then we got to be friends,
and we liked Marilyn Manson, and so I gave him the nickname
Satan, and it kind of stuck."
Last year, another Marilyn Manson fan, Mike Carneal
killed three students at his Paducah, Kentucky high school.
Texas authorities last fall connected the stabbing death
of a teenager by his friend as being inspired by a Marilyn
Manson video.
Last fall five teenage boys who dressed in black and
listen to Marilyn Manson nearly carried out a plan to kill
teachers and classmates at a Burlington, Wisconsin public
school.

MANSON
Manson says he became entrenched in rock
and roll, especially hard rocker heavy metal
groups like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath,
Kiss, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Motley Crue
and Rush.
Manson writes that his father took him to
see his first rock concert -- a KISS concert
-- in 1979.

Manson: "The fantasy element of much
of this (rock) music soon drew me to
Dungeons & Dragons."

after class, when I escaped into a fantasy

Marilyn Manson was ordained as a Reverend
in the Church of Satan, by its founder Anton
LaVey.
Manson: "The day I became a Satanist
also happened to be the day the allied
forces of Christianity and conservativism
began mobilizing against me."
Manson: "It makes a lot more sense
to follow The Satanic Bible, written with
twentieth-century humanity in mind, than a
book that was written as a companion to a
culture long since defunct."

SHOOTINGS
Both alleged shooters responsible for the
horrible deaths at Columbine High School in
Littleton, Colorado were said to be rabid
fans for repulsive shock rocker, Marilyn
Manson. But this is not the first time that
the name Marilyn Manson has been associated
with death among teenagers.
Last summer Manson’s name was mentioned
often at Senate Commerce Committee hearings
held by Sam Brownback, R-Kan. Testimony
about Manson's stage behavior prompted Sen.
Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn. to say this band
was "the sickest group ever promoted by
a mainstream record company."
Raymond Kuntz, a North Dakota man, blames
Manson or his teenage son's suicide,
testifying that his son was listening to a
Manson song when he killed himself.
Kuntz told the Senators that Manson's
music was "fearful" and
"frightening" and said that
"the lyrics of this song contributed
directly to my son's death." Kuntz
called Manson's music a hand grenade that
"went off in (his son's) mind."
In Edinboro, Penn., an eighth-grade
student, Andrew Wurst, allegedly shot and
killed a teacher at a school dance. One of
Wurst's friends told ABC News, "He had,
like 'Marilyn Manson' and "666"
written all over his binder and everything,
so — and then we got to be friends, and we
liked Marilyn Manson, and so I gave him the
nickname Satan, and it kind of stuck."
Last year, another Marilyn Manson fan,
Mike Carneal killed three students at his
Paducah, Kentucky high school.
Texas authorities last fall connected the
stabbing death of a teenager by his friend
as being inspired by a Marilyn Manson video.
Last fall five teenage boys who dressed
in black and listen to Marilyn Manson nearly
carried out a plan to kill teachers and
classmates at a Burlington, Wisconsin public
school.
